CLASS AND CAMP ETIQUETTE
AVOID DISTRACTIONS
Join from a place where you can focus with minimal background noise. Use headphones if possible.
CAMERAS ON
Set up your camera in a well lit area so we can see your face and your artwork.
UPLOAD FINISHED WORK
Uploading your artwork allows our teachers to provide 1:1 feedback and for you to ask any questions.
COME PREPARED EACH WEEK FOR YOUR CLASS OR CAMP
Prepare your studio art materials or software/hardware ahead of time and bring your works-in-progress with you.
Check your Google Classroom weekly for the materials needed for each session.

VIRTUAL STUDENTS
We're so excited to showcase work from our online students. Join us in celebrating artists from Kindergarteners to 12th graders across multiple class types and media.
CLASS POLICIES
ATTENDANCE
If you are going to be absent, you can schedule a makeup class as described below. If you stop attending completely, this does not constitute cancellation of your membership and you will be billed according to your auto-renew date. To cancel, you must adhere to the cancellation procedure specified in our cancellation policy.
AUTO-RENEWAL
Your membership auto-renews monthly on recurring classes. Your auto-renew date will be the anniversary of your start date.
CANCELLATION
One River requires 30-day advance notice of cancellation and must have cancellation documented via online or physical form. You can request this form from a staff member at the front desk either via phone or in-person. Your 30-day notice begins the day you fill out and submit the cancellation form. If you need to cancel mid-billing cycle, we will prorate your next month’s bill 25% for each class not within the 30-day notice.
FREEZES
Members may freeze their recurring class subscription for a maximum period of 3 months. In order to save their seat in their weekly class, members must select a restart date and pay for their returning month’s class at the time of freeze. To freeze your account, you MUST fill out a Freeze Form.
WITHDRAWAL
Members who wish to withdraw from a class or camp must notify One River School staff prior to the start date of their class or camp to receive a full credit. Credits can be used for enrollment in programs at One River School and expire one year from the date of issue. Monetary refunds will not be issued to members who wish to withdraw from a class or camp.
MAKE-UPS
Students are encouraged to attend their weekly class consistently. Students may attend 1 makeup class every 60 days. Seats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
