Digital Characters

Students in this camp will discover the essential skills of character design by creating a Character Concept sheet: an illustration which includes a deep investigation into a character’s personality, physical features and views from multiple angles.

Learn how to render in color digitally
Demonstrate how to create gestures and expressions
Complete an illustration of a unique character in various poses
Required Software: Autodesk: Sketchbook (desktop or mobile version)
Required Hardware: iPad w/ Apple Pencil or Mac/PC w/ drawing tablet.
